Punta ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to the safety and protection of children. This Child Safety Standards policy outlines our zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and describes the measures we take to prevent, detect, and respond to any such content or behavior on our platform.

1. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Punta maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are dedicated to creating a safe environment and will take immediate action against any user who violates this policy.

We actively work to prevent, detect, and remove any content that exploits or endangers children. Any user found to be engaging in or facilitating CSAE will be permanently banned from our platform and reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Punta is designed exclusively for adults. Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services. We implement age verification measures during the registration process to help ensure compliance with this requirement.

Any user found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and removed from the platform.

3. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Punta and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities:

  • Any imagery, video, or other media depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
  • Content that sexualizes minors in any way, including AI-generated or digitally altered images
  • Attempting to contact, groom, or solicit minors for sexual purposes
  • Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM
  • Discussing or promoting sexual attraction to minors
  • Any attempt to circumvent our safety measures to exploit children
  • Links to external sites containing CSAM or promoting child exploitation

4. REPORTING MECHANISMS

Punta provides multiple ways for users to report child safety concerns:

In-App Reporting

Users can report concerning content or behavior directly within the app using our built-in reporting feature. To report a user or content:

  • Navigate to the profile or content in question
  • Tap the report button (flag icon)
  • Select the appropriate category for your report
  • Provide any additional details that may help our review

Reports related to child safety are prioritized and reviewed urgently by our moderation team.

6. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

We employ a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and remove prohibited content:

  • Proactive Detection: We use technology to detect potential CSAM before it can be shared on our platform
  • 24-Hour Response: We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending material
  • Permanent Bans: Users who violate our child safety policies are permanently banned from Punta
  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: We report all instances of CSAM and suspected child exploitation to relevant authorities

Punta complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations worldwide. We report child sexual abuse material to:

  • The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States via the CyberTipline
  • Relevant regional and national authorities as required by local laws
  • Law enforcement agencies when we become aware of imminent threats to child safety

We retain relevant information and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child exploitation.

8. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this Child Safety Standards policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.

We encourage users to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our commitment to child safety.
